CENTURY 21 Edwards & Associates, Inc. is owned by Wayne Edwards, a veteran of the Virginia area Real Estate community since 1976. Wayne is also a certified General Real Estate Appraiser, with expertise in all areas of Real Estate Valuation. Wayne is a member and past President of the Virginia Rotary Club, a member of the Laurentian Area Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Range, Minnesota, and NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. A Harley-Davidson enthusiast and an avid outdoorsman, Wayne and wife Wavie live in the Lakeland area near Biwabik.

As a lifelong resident of the Iron Range as well as raising my family in Aurora for the past 30 years. I am very familiar with the area. Wavie is a CENTURY 21 MatureMoves® Specialist. This program is designed to help educate the mature client with the specifics of selling their current home or purchasing a new home or townhouse.

Wavie also holds the Darryl Davis "POWER" Program degree. This program is a year long real estate training course. Thereby joining the elite group of agents who exemplify the ideals of dedication, commitment and integrity, and who have achieved the next level of their already successful real estate careers. Wavie also attends numerous educational classes throughout each year, providing her clients with updated information.

Wavie and her husband, Wayne, have a combined total of fifty two years in the real estate field.

I joined the staff at CENTURY 21 Edwards & Associates, Inc. in Virginia as a real estate sales associate in 2003 and became a proud member of the CENTURY 21 Edwards & Associates, Inc. team. I recognized the many benefits offered to sellers and buyers through the CENTURY 21® System. I am a member of the Range Multiple Listing Service and the Range Association of REALTORS®.

Real Estate has always been my first love. I have over 28 years of experience in real estate and housing. My base knowledge comes form my twenty-three years of experience in banking and real estate lending at the First national Bank of Chisholm working with buyers and sellers on the Iron Range. For the past six years I have worked with communities to collaborate in the development of affordable housing and am a Certified Housing Development Professional with the National Development Council. I am also a HomeStretch homeownership workshop instructor for Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency.

I Live in Mountain Iron with my husband, David where we are both active members of the Messiah Lutheran Church.

Mike Lolling joined our staff in 2007. He is a fifteen year resident of Embarrass. Mike's background was in law enforcement in his home state of Illinois and received his training at the University of Illinois. He is licensed by the state of Minnesota as a private investigator. Mike really enjoys every facet of real estate. Helping sellers prepare for the sale of their properties is a favorite task and finding the right home for buyers is rewarding. Also. Mike likes all the courses Minnesota has to offer that enables an agent to assist the public.
